อีมุน ซอลนงทัง – 이문 설농탕 ร้านอาหารที่มีอายุถึง 110 ปี ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1907 ถือได้ว่าเป็นร้านอาหาร ที่เก่าที่สุดในกรุงโซล เมนูเด็ดขึ้นชื่อของร้านนี้คือ ซุปกระดูกวัว ที่ถูกเคี่ยวนานกว่า 15 ชั่วโมง เสิร์ฟพร้อมกับกิมจิหัวไชเท้า ร้านนี้ปิดให้บริการในวันอาทิตย์แรกของแต่ล่ะเดือน
